From the beginning, Terracon Development Ltd. has designed, constructed and managed our own buildings. As our company has grown, so has the range of construction and property management services that we offer to our tenants and outside clients.

Our Property Management Team offers the full range of facility managemenent and maintenance services. Our team is capable of performing a range of routine maintenance and repair functions in a timely fashion. Additional, we have strong relationships with tradesmen and subcontractors who can look after any plumbing, electrical or mechanical needs.

Our Project Management Team will work with you to turn your design idea into a completed building or interior. Our project managers have the experience necessary to coordinate large-scale construction projects and to complete the work on time and on budget.
